Our specialty is in precision machined components for Aerospace and Defense applications. We maintain a Quality Management System for Aerospace in accordance with the AS9100D International Standard, and our quality system has also received approval from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

Denezol Tool Co. was founded in Carson, California in 1978 to manufacture high quality tools and fixtures for defense industry sub-contractors. During the 1980’s we branched out into commercial aircraft parts manufacturing and became a first-tier supplier to OEM’s. In the 1990’s we relocated to the Pacific Northwest and began a series of large volume, multi-year contracts for the US Navy. In the 2000’s we obtained ISO certification and Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA) from the FAA. Along the way, we have seen 7 US Presidents and weathered many boom/bust cycles, including the aftermath of 911.

In an era of mergers, acquisitions, and private equity, Denezol Tool Co. remains a closely held, family business, true to the values of our founding.
