The core business of Denezol is our machine tools and our machinists.
We operate a variety of mills and lathes, from 4-axis CNC to manual. We keep a separate grind room and dedicated deburring area, and we insist all deburring is done by hand for an exceptional finish. Every step of a Denezol manufacturing plan has an independent quality buy-off by a trained Quality Inspector, so that no one audits their own work. Our machinists and planners are committed to meeting all product requirements 100%, the first time around.
- checkDenezol currently machines Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Carbon & High-Strength Steel, Titanium, Inconel, AL-NI-Bronze, Beryllium Copper (BeCu), some plastics and phenolic materials. Our machinists can work from Plate, Bar, Extrusion, Tube, Hand-Forgings, and dedicated Castings/Forgings.
- checkOur machining envelope for milling work is approximately 40” x 20” x 20”. Our machining envelope for turning work is approximately 7” diameter x 21” long.
