When it comes to quality, we never compromise. Our target objective is zero customer returns. Our customers can rest assured that they receive only the highest quality products.

• Dedicated, separate, environmentally controlled inspection area
• CMM inspection to a perfect solid model
• Optical comparators up to 40x magnification
• AS9102 First Article Inspection
• Records retention exceeding customer requirements

All inspection and measuring equipment used for product acceptance are calibrated to NIST-traceable standards, which are the highest standards for the aerospace industry.

Our Quality Management System (QMS) is audited on an annual basis by American Systems Registrar, and is also audited by customer representatives and government agencies. Our current AS9100 certificate is available on the OASIS database, or by request.

All employees must complete Foreign Object Debris (FOD) Training before joining the production floor. All production and inspection areas are required to be cleaned on a daily basis. Denezol Tool Co. is a “clean shop” environment.
